A few shoots from a family shoot a couple of weeks ago near Farnham.

As I'm preparing the CD for this family, I thought I would just post one of the photos, as I've not posted much on my blog lately!

A photo shoot with extended family (both sets of grandparents in this case), is such a nice idea. The christmas hats even came out for this one and I know that these photos will feature in a number of christmas presents this year!

A recent family photo shoot in the woods in Ockham.

This family photo shoot in Worcester Park was arranged to celebrate their little girl's 1st birthday a few days prior to the shoot. I love the bright, bold colours they are wearing. Such a little cutie.

A delivery of six 14x14inch photos and a large 24x24inch multi-frame. The white frame is my personal favourite for a clean, contemporary look. It works well with both colour and b&w photos.

Well not quite ...BUT Mark, who is a very talented guitarist and used to be in the band Love Affair (yes, that classic tune "Everlasting Love"), said he would love to use this photograph from our recent shoot as a CD Cover. In fact I think his words were "it has inspired me to write". Now that's a compliment. Mark teaches guitar in Cobham (and is very good) and his wife, Steph, helps people from all walks of life with their health. She provides nutritional supplements and offers free health talks regularly in Cobham. Pregnancy photography doesn't have to be nude (though some gorgeous ladies have kindly given me permission to use their artistic nude photographs in my advertising).

Last weekend, I was hired to photograph an 11th Birthday Party in Weybridge. The weather was fortunately very lovely, which meant that the sumo suits, surf board machine and other fun and games in the garden, all went down very well !

A couple of examples from a recent family shoot.

I met this family for a studio photo shoot in their home a few weeks ago. Because the weather was lovely, we had a couple of shots in their back garden at the end too. I quite like combining the two styles, as each style produces very different results. In this case, the individual shots taken in the garden are some of my favourites from the shoot.

One of the benefits of a photo shoot at home is the fact that children's toys and props are available, as well as clothes changes. Children often like to include their hobby or favourite toys in the shoot and I love how their personalities shine through.

I'm preparing the order for this customer today, and as well as the usual family shots and children's portraits, they have chosen this montage of their daughter, who is learning ballet.
