A few shots from a lovely teenage photo shoot a couple of weeks ago in Kingston.

Last night I met up with a couple whose wedding I will be photographing later this month. We had to reschedule their shoot last week due to the rain, so I was quite pleased when the sun made a brief appearance yesterday evening!

A couple of my favourites from a recent family photo shoot in Teddington. This layout is a proof for a multi-frame. Currently, with the full CD purchase, I offer £100 towards products, which means that customers who would like all of the photos will also have something lovely for the wall.

I am still offering headshots in Kingston for £50. Alternatively, if you are a local business person who networks, then ask me about attending a networking breakfast in Weybridge (on Fridays) and getting a professional headshot taken after the meeting.

A few examples from a photo shoot last weekend in Ashford, Middlesex. The weather was so nice that we were able to get some shots in the garden as well as with my mobile studio indoors. I quite like working with both styles in one shoot. It's more effort on my part, but I think it's nice to have the variety to choose from:

In addition to my monthly Photo Walks, I am offering an evening at Ham Polo Club, photographing Practise Matches (known as Chukkas) on Thursday 10th May, 17:30-20:00.

The cost is £40 per person and includes:
- An explanation of Exposure in simple terms (Shutter Speeds, Apertures and ISO settings)
- Advice on camera settings
- A prime viewing position on the terrace next to the pitch
- A post-shoot review and appraisal of your photographs

What is a Photo Walk?
A Photo Walk is a guided walk for a group of people who like taking photos or who want to learn more and practice their skills in an informal environment. It's also quite enjoyable for people who like walking, chatting and meeting new people.

It’s not a formal training course, but attendees can pick my brains as we walk (and share ideas with each other too). The aim is to have a bit of fun, take some photos, learn something new and meet some new people. A maximum of 8 people attend each walk, making it a small enough group for us to focus and for me to have some 1-2-1 time with each attendee.

Each walk has a different topic and route, so it's something that you can attend just once or every month if you like.

Last week I caught up with this baby boy who I first photographed when he was 3 months old. He was just about to celebrate his first birthday last week and what a cute little giggler he has grown into!

This week I was in Hammersmith to create some headshots for a new website.

A few photos from a family photo shoot in Wimbledon last weekend. I know that the CD containing all of the photos was given to the grandparents as a present this weekend, so I can now share some here without ruining any surprises.

At the beginning of February, I met Sarah and Scott for their pre-wedding shoot with snow on the ground. With their wedding just over 2 weeks away, we were expecting quite cold weather and my rainy day backup plan was in place.

But, their wedding day was beautiful. The sun came out, the peacocks wandered around the gardens of the very pretty Northbrook Park and we were able to make use of the gardens for photographs.

I was in Amersham last week for a baby photo shoot. Though Amersham is in the Chilterns, it's actually only an hours drive from Kingston. Though most of my photography work is in the area around where I live and across Surrey, I'm more than happy to travel further afield.

I've just delivered these albums to the lovely couple whose wedding I photographed in January at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond. They have a large 12x12inch Album with an image-wrap cover and a set of 6x6inch Parent Albums with leatherette covers. They looked so lovely that I had to take a few photos before delivering them.

I was down in Petersfield a few weeks ago for some corporate headshots and while I was there, was asked to take a few shots with the grandchildren too. I don't mind doing this at all, in fact, it's quite interesting to see how people change once they swop the business suit for cuddles and childish behaviour :-)

A photo shoot gift voucher makes a really good present for Mothers Day. I am yet to meet a mum who doesn't appreciate fantastic photos of her family!

My Photography Gift Vouchers start at £40, but can be ordered in any value that you choose. While some people give a gift voucher for a photo shoot, others choose to give something towards finished products too - it's really up to you.

To give you an idea of typical costs, my session fees currently start at £40 mid-week and £60 during the weekend. This for all KT and TW postcode areas (I am based in Kingston) and for up to 4 people. If you live a little further away or have a big family, then the session fee will be a little more. For example, a recent baby photo shoot in Guildford was priced at £80 and a family shoot in Hampshire at £100... but please just call to check.

Products then vary from £50-£495. There is a full price list on my website.
